Luminus want to work with tenants to provide an excellent housing service.  We recognize that the most effective way of engaging tenants and leaseholders so that they have meaningful opportunities to shape services, is by actively offering flexible and varied methods of involvement.  To do this, we would encourage you to get involved in a number of different ways as shown on our Tenant Involvement Framework.

We also encourage involvement in a number of practical ways including:

   • Holding public meetings
   • Carrying out surveys/visiting people in their homes
   • Consulting individuals, for example, before carrying our major repairs or improvements to your

      home
   • Seeking feedback from you on the services you receive, through satisfaction surveys
